Storytelling Training

In today’s attention deficient times, long data-heavy presentations become no more than a ritual in the client’s office. The key messages of the presentation are lost within minutes after the presentation.

In contrast, good stories stick in our minds and help us remember ideas and concepts in a way that numbers and text on a slide with a bar graph don’t.

Enrol into the first training workshop by the MRSS on storytelling, conducted by an acknowledged expert in the business Verena Tay.

A founding member of the Storytelling Association (Singapore), Verena has successfully coached members of the SAS and members of the public to improve their craft of telling stories through various courses. Verena holds 3 masters degrees and has worked in public affairs, marketed books, and edited newsletters and books on teaching and learning issues in higher education.

Course enrolment is limited to a maximum of 15 people and a minimum of 8, so get in quick lest availability runs out.

2 morning sessions over two weeks, 0900-1300hrs on 19th &  26th August. Costs: $300 Members $400 Non-members
