Fair Data Principles
Enacted in 2012, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) was established as a baseline standard for the safeguarding of individual information within Singapore. It encompasses various requirements governing the acquisition, utilization, exposure, and handling of personal data in Singapore. Members of MRSS adhere entirely to the PDPA's provisions.
